  • VisitVisa.in charges service fees for application form filling, document review, and appointment booking service. We do not charge service fee for visa assistance and appointment monitoring.
  • Government fees, embassy fees, visa application centre fees, courier charges, insurance, translation fees, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation by Customer

  • You may request cancellation before work on your order has commenced.
  • If work has already started, any refund will be assessed based on the services already performed.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Service fees are generally non-refundable where:
  • The visa application has been submitted.
  • The visa slot has been booked.
  • Document review has been completed.
  • Appointment monitoring has been substantially performed.
  • The visa is refused by a government authority.
  • Processing times exceed expectations.
  • Appointments are unavailable due to government limitations.
  • The customer provides inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

Refund Processing

  • Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method within 7–15 business days, subject to payment provider timelines.

Cancellation by VisitVisa

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse services where fraud is suspected, false documents are provided, applicable laws prohibit the requested service, or continued performance would expose VisitVisa.in to legal or regulatory risk.
  • Where appropriate, any refund will be determined after deducting charges for services already performed.
