Everything you need to know about refunds on Atlys.

You can request a refund directly from the Atlys app or website. Navigate to your application, tap 'Request Refund', and follow the prompts. Our team reviews requests within 24 hours.

AtlysProtect is our refund protection program. When enabled, it covers your service fees in case your visa application is rejected by the government, ensuring you're not left out of pocket for decisions outside your control.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Government/embassy fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted to the embassy. These fees are charged by the government and are outside of Atlys's control.

If your visa is rejected and you have AtlysProtect enabled, you'll receive a refund of Atlys service fees. Government fees remain non-refundable. Without AtlysProtect, refund eligibility depends on the stage of processing.

Partial refunds may apply if your application has moved past initial processing but hasn't been submitted to the embassy yet. The exact amount depends on the work completed on your application.

If you cancel before your application is submitted to the embassy, you're eligible for a 100% refund. After submission, cancellation does not qualify for a refund as government fees have already been paid.

Once a refund is initiated, you can track it in real-time from your Atlys dashboard under 'My Refunds'. You'll also receive email and push notifications at every stage of the refund process.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method — credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet. If the original method is no longer available, our support team will arrange an alternative.
